The Church
There is a church that meets at Rehoboth led by Pastor Luzano, who was the first executive director of the Home. Pastor has now retired from the work of the Home but is still on the Board of Directors. The children are actively involved in the services leading worship, singing, playing instruments and attending Sunday school. They are involved in various evangelistic activities and attend worship events in the area.
Rehoboth Tamborine Dancers
Dance is an important part of the culture at Rehoboth and we have a group called the Rehoboth Dancers who regularly take part in the worship and also perform at other events.
The children so much enjoy holiday clubs and if a visitor from the UK happens to be there at the right time then there are sometimes opportuntities to run a holiday club.
Holiday Club 2011
Holiday Clubs are based around a Bible theme or character and the Leaders are involved in story telling, organising drama, singing, learning memory verses, quizzes, games and follow-up art and craft activities etc. The children really enjoy these fun events with a Christian theme.
